this recipe makes a ton, so i usually just "eyeball" all the ingredients to taste for 1 or 2 servings.
2 mangoes
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. milk
1/4 c. plain yogurt
2 TBS honey
2 TBS wheat germ
splash of lime juice
put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. add ice to desired consistency.
